Previously, at Scoretex, product management and purchasing—including supply chain management—were combined in one role.
We’ve now separated this complexity. For supply chain management, we didn’t want to expand our internal structures further and aimed to convert fixed costs into transaction-based variable costs. With SupplyX, we’ve achieved both.
