ECB steht für Express Cargo Bill, auch Sea-Waybill genannt, und meint den so genannten Seefrachtbrief. Dieses Dokument dient als Empfangsbestätigung des Transportunternehmens, vergleichbar mit der Bill of Lading. Anders als diese ist die ECB jedoch nicht übertragbar.
