Yes. We allow flexible working hours within the framework of operational requirements. The regular working time is 38 hours per week (full-time, Monday to Friday). In our flexible working areas, there are no fixed core hours. You can arrange your working hours flexibly within the range of 06:00 to 21:00.

Your onboarding starts with all the important information for your first day via email. Your manager ensures a structured introduction to your new team. In the first few weeks, depending on your role, there will also be introductory meetings with colleagues outside your team, so you can quickly get a good overview and a better understanding of the structures.

Our main office is in Hamburg. To be precise, as a member of the otto group, our offices are located on the Otto Campus with numerous other group companies. In addition to our sales offices in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, and Stuttgart, we also have additional branches in Vietnam, Poland, and the Netherlands.
