Our whistleblower system enables the reporting of suspected cases at SupplyX (SupplyX GmbH) and ensures internal and external clarification and prevention. As a responsible and reliable company, we always act in accordance with regulations. Disregarding legal regulations, internal company rules and self-commitments would not only put our good reputation at risk, but also cause further damage. We want our employees, business partners, suppliers and customers to be proud of us and of their connection to us.
SpeakUp
Our digital whistleblowing platform, SpeakUp, offers a secure and protected reporting channel for raising well-founded concerns about compliance violations. The platform can be used anonymously and offers maximum protection for sensitive data and whistleblowers. It offers the option of communicating with the relevant parties anonymously at any time. It can be used worldwide and supports 20 languages. Setting up a system-side mailbox in SpeakUp enables communication without any conclusions being drawn about the identity of whistleblowers.

Ombudsman
You also have the option of contacting OTTO's ombudsman in confidence. Attorney Dr Rainer Buchert. As a lawyer, he is bound by a duty of confidentiality and can only disclose information about a compliance violation to the relevant compliance unit within the Otto Group with the consent of the whistleblower.

Both the digital whistleblower portal SpeakUp and Dr. Rainer Buchert serve as internal reporting offices under the Whistleblower Protection Act, as well as complaint offices under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). LkSG complaints only concern suspected cases of human rights violations and violations of certain environmental protection regulations.
