Terms and Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all contracts concluded between the Client and SupplyX GmbH (hereinafter “SupplyX” or “Freight Forwarder”) regarding the arrangement of the shipment of goods or other services customary in the freight forwarding industry in connection with the transportation or storage of goods. However, they do not apply to special services provided by SupplyX that are only related to such activities but are not specific to freight forwarding, in particular the provision of services related to customs clearance, as well as additional logistical or digital services, for which separate terms and conditions apply in each case.
