Hamburg, December 1: With the opening of a new location in the greater Rotterdam area, SupplyX, a specialist in digital supply chain management and international logistics solutions, continues its European growth strategy. Frank van der Linden takes on the position of Managing Director and will be responsible for the development and advancement of the local location. His focus is on the successful establishment of SupplyX in the Dutch market and the development of sustainable customer partnerships.

With its new presence in the Netherlands, SupplyX strengthens its position in one of Europe's most important logistics hubs. Rotterdam has the largest seaport in Europe and connects international maritime trade routes with the continent's inland markets. The port is considered an external border of the EU and is an important hub for EU imports. For several years, the Dutch economy has recorded steady and stable growth, driven by strong private consumption and high investments in logistics and infrastructure.

"The Netherlands is a key market for SupplyX," says Henning Goldmann, CEO of SupplyX GmbH. "As a logistics company focused on consumer-oriented industries, we support our customers where efficient, connected, and resilient supply chains make the decisive difference. Rotterdam offers the ideal starting point for this: at the heart of Europe, with direct connections to sea, air, and land transport."

Industry Expert Takes Over Management in Rotterdam

With Frank van der Linden, SupplyX gains an experienced logistics expert who knows the market and the region. The Dutchman has more than two decades of experience in the international logistics sector and has held senior positions in sales, business development, and management – including at Dachser, DHL, and most recently at KLG/Sinotrans, where he helped shape the freight forwarding branch in Rotterdam as part of the management team. In all his roles, van der Linden was significantly involved in the development of new business initiatives and bore responsibility for growth during strategic market phases.

"I have always enjoyed working most where you can build and shape something new," says Frank van der Linden. "I now bring this pioneering spirit to SupplyX, with the goal of successfully establishing the company in the Dutch market. Already in my first conversations with SupplyX, it became clear that ambition, digital competence, and long-term perspective come together here. I was particularly impressed by the team – people with deep industry knowledge, a cooperative attitude, and a genuine desire to make an impact."

Rotterdam as a Gateway to the European Market

With Rotterdam, another significant location joins the international network of SupplyX. Alongside Germany, Vietnam, and the recently opened location in Poland, a European network is taking shape that combines fast decision-making, proximity to markets, and international connectivity. Through the greater Rotterdam area, goods from key sourcing regions – including China, India, Bangladesh, and Vietnam – are distributed and efficiently integrated into European supply chain corridors via multimodal connections.

"The Dutch logistics market is highly developed and at the same time constantly evolving. That creates room for new impulses," emphasizes van der Linden. "It is not about replacing existing structures, but about complementing them meaningfully. My goal is to establish SupplyX here as a trustworthy and future-ready partner that brings measurable added value to Dutch supply chains through technological understanding and operational strength."
