Anti-dumping duties

With anti-dumping duties, states prevent foreign suppliers from driving domestic competition out of the market with dumping prices, only to raise prices again afterwards. The imposition of anti-dumping duties is strictly regulated by the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT).
