Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

In the case of DDP, it is the seller's responsibility to clear the goods for export and import, i.e., to complete all formalities and pay the customs duties. The seller then makes the goods available to the buyer, ready for unloading on the means of transport at the agreed destination. All costs and risks associated with the transport to that location are borne by the seller.
