Free Alongside Ship (FAS)

In the case of FAS, the seller delivers the goods as soon as they have been unloaded from the transport ship at the agreed port of shipment, for example at a quay or on an inland vessel. From that moment on, the buyer bears all costs as well as the risks of loss or damage.
