Incoterms – International Commercial Terms (ICT)

Incoterms are voluntary regulations between senders and recipients of goods that describe the manner of transport more precisely. Because they can be adjusted as needed, a year must always be specified with the Incoterms. There are both general Incoterms (DAT, DAP, DDP, CPT, CIP, EXW, FCA) and specific regulations that pertain to sea and inland shipping (FAS, FOB, CFR, CIF).
