Machine Learning

Machine learning is a subfield of artificial intelligence (AI) that recognizes patterns using existing data sets and is thus able to identify problems and find solutions. In this way, machine learning generates new, artificial knowledge based on experience, which can be used for forecasts, etc.

In contrast to deep learning, humans intervene in the learning process of machine learning by equipping the system with relevant algorithms and data, as well as defining rules for analysis.
