Supply Chain Controlling

The Supply Chain Controlling takes over the evaluation of collected data within the SCM, with the aim of planning, controlling, and monitoring the supply chain. In contrast to Supply Chain Monitoring, which actively and quickly intervenes in the supply chain in case of problems, Supply Chain Controlling acts in the medium and long term. It evaluates completed processes and systematically searches for optimization potential.
